Mod Name / Version: Prevent Moderators From Editing Or Deleting Posts Made By An Admin 1.0
Description: This will prevent moderators from editing or deleting posts made by an admin.
They will only be able to delete the entire thread that an admin may have posted in.
This might work in 6.4 as is, I'm not sure
